Rick Hall is an independent consultant who brings to Oliveras & Company, Inc. approximately 27 years of solid experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing and intellectual property industries.  While working at Tyco Electronics for 17 years, he first held the position of Manufacturing Supervisor and then was promoted to Production Supervisor.  Shortly thereafter, Rick became ABA certified and worked as a Senior Patent Paralegal at a prestigious automotive manufacturing company in Utah.  He subsequently became an expert patent researcher, as well as handled extensive patent prosecution matters.

Rick has the strong knowledge, skills, and experience for representing all of our clients’ temporary and contract staffing needs.  He also has an appreciation for all of our candidates’ backgrounds and job search requirements.  Best of all, Rick has an infectious personality and is an invaluable asset to our growing TEMP DIVISION.

EMILY TELL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LANGUAGE SERVICES

Emily Tell is an independent consultant and Founder of TELLMEalgo, Inc.  She has been working in the language services industry for over 15 years as a translator, teacher, and interpreter.  While working for international law firms in Chile, she held the position of Director of the Translation Department.  She then went on to become certified to interpret in the New Jersey courts as a Spanish interpreter upon her return to the United States. 

Emily has strong project management skills and experience for handling any translation and interpreting project in all languages.  She is also up-to-date on language technology, including portable wireless interpretation equipment and computer assisted translation tools.

Emily holds a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies, as well as an M.A. in Linguistics.  She is the author of various articles related to language technology and holds the position of Assistant Administrator of the Language Technology Division of the American Translators Association.

VIVIAN VALENTINE

Senior Research Consultant

Vivian Valentine is an independent consultant who brings to Oliveras & Company, Inc. 24 years of solid corporate and legal experience in working as an Attorney Coordinator and an Assistant Vice President for Paine Webber (now UBS).  Her responsibilities included overseeing the hiring of corporate attorneys to handle various litigation and transactional matters for the firm.  Vivian’s vast knowledge of attorney recruitment, research, and the legal process is an asset and important part of our growth.  She is also fluent in Spanish.

Lauren Mackiewicz

Graphic Design/Marketing Specialist
