With 26 years of combined hands-on experience in Intellectual Property law firms and
attorney placement, Ms. Oliveras has a strong appreciation and full understanding of
the legal and recruitment industries. As a result, she has developed effective
negotiation skills and successful recruitment strategies. Prior to the formation of OC,
Ms. Oliveras served as Regional Director of an Intellectual Property Division. She also
developed and maintained the position of Managing Director of an Office Services
Division at an established legal recruitment firm.
She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management with honors
from the New School University, the distinct honor of being chosen as Student
Representative of the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban
Policy in 2004, as well as a post-Master's Certification in Career Development and
Planning. She also holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science, cum laude and is a
member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. Ms. Oliveras
has multiple professional affiliations, including a membership in the National Association
of Legal Search Consultants ("NALSC"), a membership in the New Jersey Technology
Council ("NJTC"), an Honorary Membership in the Manchester Who's Who Among
Executives and Professional Women, a professional membership in the Society of
